  • How do I find the perfect size for my purchase at KALI & GRACE?
    We provide a detailed sizing guide for each item in our online fashion boutique to help you make the right choice. When shopping, you can refer to our size chart, which includes measurements for bust, waist, hips, and lengths specific to each product. Additionally, our product descriptions often include notes about the fit, such as whether an item runs small, true to size, or large. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is always ready to help you via email or live chat.
  • What is the restock button?
    If any item sells out and it is something you would want you can press the restock button. If we get enough restock requests and is still available we will restock the item.
  • Do you have a Store Front?
    No, as of now we are only online. However we do offer local pickup for all of our Aledo, TX shoppers. Just select local pickup at check out and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • What is the return policy for items purchased online?
    At Kali, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, our return policy allows you to return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale merchandise are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, log into your account on our website, navigate to your order history, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the prompted steps to generate a return authorization. Once authorized, you will receive a return label to ship the item back to us. We process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the item and will issue store credit.
  • What are pre-order items?
    At Kali, pre-order items are exclusive fashion pieces that you can purchase in advance before they officially hit our boutique. This means you get the chance to secure the latest trends and must-have styles straight from the runway, ensuring you stay ahead in the fashion game. When you place a pre-order, you're essentially reserving the item, which will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    At KALI & GRACE, we strive to make your online shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. We accept a variety of payment methods to cater to your preferences. You can complete your purchase using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For those who prefer digital wallets, we also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. Additionally, we offer the option to pay via Afterpay, allowing you to buy now and pay later in four interest-free installments. Rest assured, all transactions on our website are secure and your payment information is protected.
  • What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
